Where to begin? One excellent way to see real improvement is to quickly review important new information shortly before going to bed.
Studies show that we process information that is fresh in our minds while we sleep. By simply glancing at what you have been working on whether it be going over some exercises, reading, etc. right before you go to bed, your brain will sift through this information while you sleep!
Similarly, a good way to learn new vocabulary is to take a handful of new words and phrases that you are working on and write them on a small sheet of paper. Slip the paper in your pocket or your purse and pull it out randomly at different points in the day. Keep the slip of paper with for two or three days, occasionally pulling it out to take a quick glance. You’ll be surprised how easily and quickly you learn it.
